The dorades are "Bodega Teak" boxes with a 3" opening coupled with 3"  
stainless cowl vents.  The box and vent are $169 each, $338 total.   Easy to 
install, as long as you are comfortable hole sawing the deck LOL!   Put a short 
length of PVC pipe in the deck opening to create a raised edge;  the boxes are 
attached with screws from under the deck.
The box and vent are on pages 560-1 of the new West catalogue.
