Lowe's in Glen Burnie, Maryland doesn't.  In fact, when I asked for 
canvas tarps, they directed me to the poly ones.  At Harbor Freight, the 
price difference is 3 to 1.  I think I'm just going to re-use last 
year's silver poly tarp.  It's got a few holes to patch, but it worked 
pretty well once I gave up on the grommets.  Wrapping the tarp around a 
rock provides a more secure tie-down point.
