Mike,

during Presidents week at Fawcetts you can by a brand new Jabsco for  $100 
that'll work better than any rebuilt, and for that matter new, Wicox...  I 
know I had a brand new one and a rebuilt one and was never happy with them. 
The Jabsco I bought last year works like a dream.
That's my 2 cents.
