It's interesting that he calls it hull number 17. That's also the number of 
the Beigel's Carnival Lady. It could be that this one is KC17 and Carnival 
Lady is US17.  KC17 would be a Canadian boat but it could have made it down 
to the Chesapeake. Or maybe a number mixup.
