[Public-list] Boom bails

Hi Don - 

Hanging a bale on the end of the boom is a simple upgrade, and does indeed
result in a considerably stronger connection.  The important factor to bear
in mind is the fact that the horizontal bolt can be made huge, and it does
not only penetrate the aluminium extrusion, it also goes through the end
casting.  No compression members need be added.
