[Public-list] New used boat recommendation

My brother is looking to move up from a Hunter 27 for use on the 
Chesapeake Bay.

As much as I'd like him to buy an Alberg, he and his wife would like 
something roomier.

Under consideration at this point are: Morgan 38 center-console v. 
Hunter 37 Legend.  Any thoughts on one v. the other?

Please give me your feedback off-list.

PS - Mike is grumbling that a Hunter is a piece of 'crap'.  My apologies
