Mike,

Further on the subject of the Vetus Muffler replacement, I found this diagram from a Canadian supplier on the internet at http://www.pridemarine.com/Vetus.htm.  Scroll down the page a bit.  Is this how you have seen them installed on Albergs?  I am wondering about how the waterlock is installed behind the engine and the rubber hose connection to the hot metal exhaust mainifold.
