Brigadoon II's companionway hatch boards (3) are straight, top & bottom. No louvers. Except for the top of the top board and the bottom of the bottom board, they are cut with a step to interlock with the adjacent board to keep out water. Very professional job. - Gordon White Deltaville, VA
