[Public-list] New to the Alberg 30 boat

I just acquired from my son an Alberg 30 in beautiful condition, a few minor
issues to deal with but am considering passing on it because I am finding I
do not have the time for maintenance and sailing more than a few times a
season.

My main issue in selling it is in getting the engine primed adequately to
start.  We took her out last weekend without power and it was a challenge to
get her back into the harbor in Hoboken NJ without a few bumps.
