[Public-list] Window height - main cabin

We recently made curtains for Aurora. I would suggest
that you measure your boat if at all possible. A lot
depends where the rod is mounted and what type of
rod/hardware you have. It is also a matter of taste
to some extent. There is a taper to this as well. We
made them straight and split the difference in height
so that they covered the frame enough on the one end
and avoided hanging down too much on the other end.

I think that the longest you can make them on the
lowest end is a good length. Does that make sense?

My initial notes said they would be 12-14.5 inches
from hem to rod and that the rod was roughly 60 inches
long. I think that longer is better in this case.

A measurement of 14" rod to hem seems familiar and we
used two panels on each side (48" each I think). I
may not remember that correctly though.
