[Public-list] Rig Tension Questions

I am getting ready to set up the rig for the season and need some
suggestions on rig tension and setup. The rig is pretty slack right
now, probably from the last time the PO stepped the mast.

Our boat is a non-liner (old-style) boat with a non-adjustable backstay
(turnbuckle, no quick adjuster). The chainplates are original and have
not yet been beefed up.

Any recommendations on ballpark rig tension for forestay/backstay,
forward/aft lower and upper? Any thoughts on rake?

I've seen the rig tension survey on the website, just looking for any
other suggestions/theories on setting this thing up.

Thanks,

Andrew Cole
