Don Moyer's site has a pretty thorough breakdown of the winterization.
In addition to what you've stated, at a minimum, make sure the engine is
at operating temperature before sucking the antifreeze through,
otherwise you may bypass certain areas.  You will want to fog each
cylinder, pull the plug and drop in an appropriate amount of your choice
of fogging (Marvel Mystery Oil seems to come highly recommended, but
rational minds differ).  Also, once you're finished, give the whole
engine a good spraying with WD-40 or something similar to prevent rust.

Needless to say, make sure your antifreeze is environmentally safe and
non-toxic, and don't forget to winterize your freshwater system and head
as well.
