[Public-list] Offshore Preparation

Thanks to all those who have contributed to the list for offshore. I have
compiled everything and will continue to make the upgrades as suggested. I
have already done a considerable amount of work, both structurally and
cosmetically, during the past year on Putachieside.

Great list! convinves me to change my cockpit drains!

a couple of small additions might be survival water and food supply for the
the life raft, and a survival suit for any waters cooler than 78 degrees
F....
