Adding black (usually a tiny percentage) to a color is done to make the primary paint more opaque and tends to make it richer. Sometimes a tiny bit a white can also be added to increase the brightness of the primary color. The suggestion from my artzy wife is to mix the dark blue with black on paint strips to find the proper percentage of mix. Maybe you can find an Imron shop where they can give you some leftover paint to do the matching, if you "allow" them to touch-up the area.
Imron is like a controlled substance, so you may have a few problems obtaining some samples. Good luck
