Brian,
In Cedarville also try Viking Boat Harbour. They are just down Cedarville Bay from Tassier's. Wayne Honala is the proprietor, I don't know if they have a web site. The Les Cheneaux Islands area is a HOT BED for wooden boats, many of which were powered by Garymarine engines. The Wooden Boat Festival held each summer in Hessel is rival to any in the world.
My family had property and a cottage near the Eastern end of the Les Cheneaux for fifty years, and that is where I learned to sail. I still have very strong attachments to this lovely area.
Are you now located in the Saint Mary's River?

Also, did someone mention a few months ago that they had replaced their
rig and had a spare pair of wooden spreaders for sale?
