[Public-list] hull scratches

During Ernesto's passage (when the water over my pier here in Deltaville 
got 4 inches higher than in Isabel) my boat sustained some moderately 
deep scratches in the topside where it wore against the top of the 
pilings above where they are not padded. Really cosmetic damage. We were 
not home that weekend and the helpful neighbors were busy with their own 
problems. Any suggestions for repairs? Epoxy?
