Bill;
    I would use stainless but consider isolating every one and the track if you are in salt water and have connected your mast to a grounding system. Otherwise the mast may go to chalk with galvanic
corrosion. If you are in an area that uses salt on winter roads, or know a trucking company that does run on northern roads, check out the aluminum near steel bolts on older aluminum highway trailers.
