[Public-list] Hull ID Number

I am trying to get my Coast Guard registration --
The last thread on this was great but I don't know month made--
There is an ID number on the title  369273(State) --- Marisel is a 1969--
#385 which is on the main is what I have always gone by--

So it could be march 1969 but would that mean it could be hull 273 vs 385?
Also there was a lot of Canadian gear and things on the boat ---from
stickers like "Ontario Hardware 3.95"
The plate under the main hatch is gone and I haven't found any other numbers
on the hull (where to look?)--
I don't care just want to get it right for the Coast Guard and I have grown
accustomed to #385 --- don't want to be sailing back from Bahamas and have
homeland security think something is up if another number is found on the
hull somewhere--
Any suggestions?
