Acetone may work too.

After getting most of it off with a chemical you may want to polish off the 
remaining residue. A good product to use is 3M Finesse-it II Finishing 
Compound. I use it with an electric buffer to clean and polish the hull. It 
has no wax or silicone. It is a liquid rubbing compound, I beileve it is 
1500 grit. It removes small scratches and dings and will polish your hull to 
nice shine.
