I added a Groco basket type strainer inside the 
hull-attached to an engine bed for the Diesel-it's raw 
water cooled. It's way overkill for the cooling water 
supply needs of the engine, but I like it a lot. there is 
an optional basket for the Groco canister that i wish I 
had (much smaller mesh), but I havn't shelled an impeller 
since I installed the strainer.
