[Public-list] Bronze NPS thread pipe cap source?

Hi Rachel...been watching the exchange of information...I just removed my
conventional toilet in order to install an Airhead...The thru hull and ball
valve are new so I did not want to go through the hassle of removing and
filling. I went to the hardware store and found ABS fittings that fit
perfectly. If your thru hull is 1-1/4" like mine then there is a stock ABS
male thread and a cap that can be glued to it to give you a perfect solution
without corrosion.

Thanks for the info. everyone.  Guess it's not a reflection on my
hunting abilities that I couldn't find those caps!  I'll probably
replace some of the valves and through-hulls entirely, eliminate some
others, and perhaps temporarily live with some closed gate valves -
depending on what I find with a closer inspection.
