[Public-list] Sink - double or single

I too look forward to seeing pictures of the new galley layout.  
But it brings out yet another compromise that I have been pondering.  Assuming the same overall footprint for the sink,  I would be interested to hear what others feel are the pros and cons of single and double sinks in such a small workspace.
I would be especially interested in hearing  the preferences of anyone who has had both at one time or another.
