MapCal is a separate program that is in C:\Program Files\SeaClear directory.  There won't be any Canadian charts in the NOAA service as they only produce the US domestic charts.  US overseas charts are produced by DMA (Defense Mapping Agency).  Don't know if they are also available for download somewhere...

I was unable to download the charts. The PDF instructions with SEACLEAR referred to MapCal (I think it is a utility program) but I was unable to find it. As well, I did not see any charts for Canadian waters....What am I missing?
