[Public-list] ice box insulation in liner boats

Two questions:
 
1. Does anyone know how thick the foam insulation is in sides of the
ice box? I have been able to see the foam from the bottom - it appears
to be in good condition, but it is hard to see how much space Whitby
provided for the foam to be sprayed into. 
 
2. Is there a practical way to look at the space between the port side
of the box and the hull?
