Bill,
I am curious. Did you mfg your frames from layed up glass cloth and resin or router them from premade fibreglass?

I wonder if routing frames from solid sheets of StarBoard would be strong enough? This board I believe is made from polyethylene and might present an issue with using a sealant for the Lexan lights. Anyone have thoughts about a caulk/sealant that could be used between the Starboard and the fibreglass coach sides and the Lexan lights?

  Michael

I had the problem with broken frames aqbout 20 years ago. My fix was to use one of the
old frames to get the shape and size and with a piece of plywood and my router I made
a mold . Then I made new frams of fiber glass about 1/4 Inch thick . With white
gel coat they look just as good as the old frames.
