Hi Bill - 

It sounds like you need a new impellor. Most people recommend that you
should replace them every second year and never wait for them to look like
they need replacing.  Steam from the exhaust is most certainly a sign that
parts of the engine are not getting cooled... In a worst case scenario bits
of the impellor may have blocked the water jacket passages limiting where
the water is going.

There is an extensive support network for Atomic IV engines in Toronto.  Try
Eastern Marine at the foot of Leslie Street.  An alternative might be E&C on
Carlaw.

If you can't get one from either of those folks let me know, I would be
pleased to help.
