Too bad.  The first programme looked very professionally put together (at least to my untrained eyes).

 So what happened to the boat?  Is it still sitting waiting to be finished, or did it make it to sea trials?

It's a shame that a TV network didn't pick it up -- it would look good on a home improvement / do-it-yourself channel, or even PBS  (or TVO where I am).

Episode one was filmed as a teaser to entice funders to sponsor more episodes. No funders have come forth and the film crew wants to be paid for any future episodes, so the project is on hold. There is footage 'in the can' so to speak to produce 2 more episodes, but no money to do it.

It always comes down to money, doesn't it?
