[Public-List] looking for help with checking Alberg 30' "Georgia"

We are about to buy our first sailboat and we are new to Alberg 30. We are
in Solomons, MD and currently looking at Alberg 30 listed in yachtworld for
$27,500, located in Annapolis, MD. If anybody knows this boat or can take a
look at it for us to help us with advice it will be greatly appreciated.
