For comparison, I got new foam in the salon, but resued the foam in the v-berth. I also had a new large triangular cushion made for the v-berth. My total was around $1400 - I had an individual rather than a shop do the work. Excellent results.

Dan, I believe that it all came to about $3,200.00 and included the
v-berth and the large v-berth insert as well as the settees and settee
backs. The settee backs were done in 4" foam. They also angle cut the
outboard edges of the starboard settee and v-berth cushions to match the
hull shape.
If you are not planning to replace the form it would be considerably less
expensive. There are big differences in the grades of foam and the good
stuff is quite dear. I seem to recall that the foam costs came to around
$800.
