[Public-List] looking for help with checking Alberg 30' "Georgia"

I've only seen the listing on yachtworld, but it looks like the owner tried to turn it into a Bristol Channel Cutter. There seems to be a lot of "stuff" added to it, like the butterfly hatch and the bulwark.
