[Public-List] Universal oil filter & 3-20B engines

The Fram filter which I also use is a slightly smaller diameter than the 
original Universal filter and does not brush the V belt.No more black rubber 
dust all over the motor compartment.What I would really like is a bypass 
filter, highly ecommended by Nigel Calder,but I dont know if they are a 
straight replacement or if modifications are necessary.
