[Public-List] Engine Reinstall Question - Throttle Cable Anchor

I'm at the end of the reinstall on Andante, I have the end of the throttle cable hooked up to the carb, but I'm having trouble finding where the anchor plate/bracket that fixes the end of the cable attaches.? The bracket is sort of Z shaped, has a set screw, and a hole to bolt somewhere.

The engine is a Grey Marine.? Any ideas?
