If they're bronze, or any other metal for that matter, then they should be. As well as decreasing the life o fthe fittings through electrolysis,
non grounded through hulls can have an effect on the integrity of the glass in which they are fitted. All repairable stuff, but best to avoid it in the first place. I have all mine led to a common anode which seems to have done the trick.
