Hey - now your talking !  And if Gord gets rid of his rig then he has no need for balast, so rip out that pig iron and you have room for one hell-ov-a wine cooler.  With the Women's Olympic team ( all blondes wearing bikinis of coarse )  there will be a lot of saluting going on so you need many bottles chilling.
Do this on Lake Superior and the wine should come on deck at just about the right temperature without the need for refrigeration.  [ much easier on the girls. You're such a thoughtful gentleman, Gord ]

  Let's see - an average adult can produce 100 watts continuously - so
  your crew of 8 is 800 watts. At 746 watts/HP thats just about 1
  horsepower.
  But you have Olympic cyclers, so they can do about 400 watts each or 4
  hp! Now you can do a good 3.5 - 4 knots!
