[Public-List] In-Hull Transducers

Mine is in the same place as Mike's, but is bedded in epoxy.  This is about 
4" aft of where the through-hull transducer was.  Mine was installed 2 years 
ago, right after the other one failed 3 weeks after launching.  It has 
worked well enough that I have no plans to replace it.

Mine is installed on the port side under the setee aft of the bulkhead to 
the head. It is installed in a 'tude' thatis glassed to the inside of the 
hull that is filled with antifreeze. It was installe by Bob Leigh before I 
bought the boat (31 years ago). It has always worked fine and needs no
