By the casting that catches the water when it's tipped up.  A hose from 
that casting goes down to the toilet bowl.

This is the sort of thing I'd like to document on the website, but I've 
not found the time.  If someone wants to send me some good photos of the 
original arrangement, I'd be glad to post them.  Even better would be to 
supplement the photos with text descriptions and measurements.
