Passed in both the House and Senate 7/22/2008 by voice vote.  This is the legislation protecting us from having to obtain a permit from EPA for the discharge from a recreational vessel of graywater, bilge water, cooling water, weather deck runoff, oil water separator effluent, or effluent from properly functioning marine engines or for any other discharge that is incidental to the normal operation of such vessel.

It still must go to a conference committee to resolve differences in both chambers versions.
