You might try white water marine in FLA since they sell replacement ports - might be a long shot, but worth a try.

I have hull #134 and opening forward ports were an option as I have the
original bill of sale. I am in my office and the invoice is at home,
but I think it was an extra $20 or so dollars in 1965.
Does anyone know where I could get replacement seals for the opening
ports?
