On this general thread; There are more and more marinas 
that don't let you do your own work because, well, pretty 
much this reason. Tarps are supposed to be laid down, 
bottom paint sanding dust collected, then that, sanding 
materials, Tyvek suit (you are using disposable coveralls, 
I hope) all are considered hazardous, toxic waste. At 
least in MD.

Which is why chemical strippers are so appealing. The 
theory being goo is easier to collect than dust. Then, 
disposal of the now designated hazardous material can be 
problematic. It is definately expensive.
