Hi, Tim,

You can do that, yourself.  Go to the bottom of 
http://alberg30.org/public-list/ and you'll find the way to change or 
cancel your subscription.  If you're reading the archives, you might 
want to keep your subscription but mark it for "no mail" so that you'll 
still be able to post to the list.
