Might be worth remembering in this context that Carl Alberg was a
Swedish immigrant. Though I don't know this, I suspect that there are
also Swedish folk boats which are probably very similar to Danish ones
since they would both be part of the general scandinavian maritime
tradition, and I suspect that Alberg's design was influenced along
those lines as well. So we do have quite an interesting family tree
discussion going on here...
