Yes I had a tiller pilot, 2000 I believe, several years old when I bought a Brown Searunner 31 and all gear. It wouldn't work, so I called the Manufacturer and they asked me to send it to them. They repaired it and returned it. NO CHARGE. I'd try talking to them.
