[Public-List] Cetol? - as a stain

FYI - We used Cetol below decks on the sole and bulkheads. We treated it
like a stain, paint on wipe off. This has left a wonderful low maintenance
finish which is not slippery when wet. Even the bulkheads are not slippery
on those racing days when a reef just won't do ; )
We did this 10 years ago (Cetol M was the only product available at the
time) and it is holding up great - no loss of grain because the coating is
so thin, no orange. Have only once wiped the sole down with a rag in cetol
to apply a refresher 5 years ago. The bulkheads have required 0 maintenance
and look like they did the day after we finished.
On interior wood, or teak decks, treat it like a stain - it won't be
slippery.
