[Public-List] Painting Portlight Window Frames

I replaced mine last year. Mine were so far gone & had been welded at some
point back together. I suggest simply recreating them fairly affordably
with a 4X4 or 4X6 foot sheet of aluminum. You will need a saws-all with a
good bimetal / wood blade and then a good drill press to reproduce the
holes. This takes just a few hours to do the work & then you have nice new
frames. I will use the insides that I cut out last year to fabricate the
forward portlight frames at some point this year.
