[Public-List] Spreader Angle

Good day,
The spreaders on my boat appear to be angled forward (I did not put them that way). Since the yard stepped the mast, I have thought that this appears to be incorrect and that they should be angled aft, so I had planned on reversing them the next time I had the mast down. 
Now there are a total of 4 A30's on my dock, and if you look closely at all 4 boats, we are equally divided with 2 boats having the spreaders angled aft, and 2 boats appear to be angled foreward. 
Can someone tell me which is correct?
