[Public-List] Removing the Mast Step on older boats

Jeffery,
Let me know once you figure out the procedure. I have to remove mine as
well. My Alberg is a later hull number and has 4 large ss screws fastening
it to the deck. I'm not sure if it is screwed into fibreglass, captive nuts
imbedded in the fibreglass or are threaded into the aluminums mast beam.
This will have to wait until spring as the temperature here is now just
above freezing.
