Subject: [Public-List] Blackened teak

The teak coamings on Tait Tait have blackened due to the tropical climate in Guatemala.I dont think it is mildew, that only seems to occur in enclosed spaces. Is there a way to get rid of the black without sanding? How about a mix of bleach and detergent or is their product?
