[Public-List] Purchase/Survey Advice

Chris.  Mike knows the boat better than almost anyone.  He has restored 
one for resale and is working on another restoration.  His boat is 
probably one of the best maintained in the fleet.  Mike knows the boat 
and he's a nice guy.
