[Public-List] Removing Floor on non-liner boat

Okay -- the boat's coming out on the weekend, and I am preparing myself for probably the most monumental task I have ever undertaken:  glassing in the exposed iron keel.  
 
Here's my dilemma -- how do I remove the floor in my pre-liner boat?  Has anyone done this before?  I am hoping I can do it without removing the setees.  
 
I need all the advice I can get!
