[Public-List] Paint over epoxy or wood glue?

Oh, I meant to add that as long as you have washed off any amine blush 
from the epoxy, and have prepped as per usual, you can just choose 
whatever paint you want.  That is, the fact that there is glue and 
epoxy on the oars now will not need to influence your choice.
